      If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days.
      All items must be unaltered, unworn, and in salable condition. Most refunds will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped, but if it is not possible for the idem to be shipped then you might be eligible for a 50% refund.

      We will issue refund for items damaged in transit and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refund for items confiscated by your local Customs.

      It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with your local Customs office to make sure they are not buying a product that violated local law. If Customs is to confiscate and then return a package to us, the BUYERS is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Ascend Milestone is not responsible for confiscated goods or deliverable goods.

      If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at support@ascendmilestone.com and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
